The Pet Industry Federation (PIF) has partnered with the Garden Centre Expo to offer pet brands an opportunity to expand their reach.

This collaboration introduces “Pet Innovation 2024,” a new section of the exhibition dedicated to helping garden centres enhance their pet offerings and tap into the growing leisure market.

Pet Innovation 2024: A Platform for Growth

Pet Innovation 2024, supported by PIF, aims to assist garden centres in improving their pet product ranges while providing insight into the potential of this dynamic sector. This new section will feature a comprehensive seminar programme alongside the trade exhibition, designed to ensure that visitors gain valuable knowledge and insights.

To celebrate this partnership, PIF members are being offered a 10% discount on the cost of their stand at the Garden Centre Expo. Several PIF members have already signed up to participate, including Marleybones, Harvest Pet Products, Su-Bridge Pet Supplies, DotDotPet, Furr Boost, and the Golden Paste Company.

Nigel Baker, CEO of PIF, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “We are delighted to be the partner for Pet Innovation 2024 at Garden Centre Expo. Garden centres certainly provide opportunities for pet manufacturers and suppliers, and we hope that this show will allow pet businesses to open new and interesting avenues that will enhance their traditional customer base.”

The Garden Centre Expo will take place from Tuesday 15 to Wednesday 16 October at London’s ExCeL. This innovative exhibition is designed for the UK’s garden centre retail sector, providing an opportunity for garden centres across the UK to source not only products but also systems and services that will enable them to enhance their pet offerings, boost retail capabilities, and maximise revenues.
