Petpals, the UK’s longest-running multi-service pet-care provider, is marking two major milestones.
While Kerry Donn, who owns Petpals Chingford & Epping Forest, is celebrating her tenth year in business, Phil and Alex Till of Petpals Basingstoke are commemorating their 500th customer since launching in 2016 – rounding up a very good month for the franchise.
The couple, who started their Petpals business in December 2016, recently celebrated their 500th customer.
“We’re over the moon to have reached our 500th customer!” said Phil. “It feels like just yesterday we began this journey, and it’s amazing to think how many pets we’ve cared for since then.” To mark the occasion, Phil and Alex are making a donation to a pet charity chosen by their milestone customer as a gesture of goodwill. “It’s our little way of giving back to the community that’s supported us from the beginning,” added Phil.
Phil and Alex expressed their gratitude to their customers for trusting them with their pets and look forward to welcoming many more. “We are excited to continue our passion for pet care with our next 500 customers,” said Phil.
