Assisi Pet Care Group Limited has successfully acquired Burns Pet Nutrition in an undisclosed deal, marking a significant milestone for both entities.
John Burns MBE founded Burns Pet Nutrition 30 years ago, using this expertise as a qualified vet. Burns pioneered pet formulations focused on animal health, aiming to address prevalent issues seen in veterinary practices. Renowned for its premium dry and wet dog food, the brand recently expanded into cat food products.
