Kennelpak has unveiled a new Pets & Friends store in Walsall, offering an upgraded shopping experience for the local pet community. Located adjacent to the previous store, which has served the area for 20 years, the new outlet expands its offerings with a range of enhanced services and products.
The new store promises a comprehensive shopping experience, introducing a wider variety of products and services. These include the Tiny Paws puppy and kitten club, complimentary harness fitting, free weight checks, and expert pet advice, all designed to cater to the diverse needs of Walsall’s pet owners.
A standout feature of the new Pets & Friends store is the ‘Pets Parlour’, a state-of-the-art spa and grooming salon, offering everything from luxurious facials to essential fur trims for pets. The addition of the salon has also created six new jobs in the area. Steve Collard, Retail Director for Kennelpak and Pets & Friends, remarked, “We’re more than excited to be moving to our new location. To celebrate the opening, Walsall Pets & Friends is hosting an event on 20th October from 10 am, featuring exclusive customer offers, freebies, and a ‘Best in Walsall’ competition to find a special pooch to assist in opening the new store. The event aims to provide a festive and engaging experience for the local community, while also showcasing the enhanced offerings of the new store location.
