Pet retailer Jollyes is opening its newest store in Swindon on Friday, July 28th. The grand opening ceremony at noon will feature local celebrity Melinda Messenger and her dog Peggy, who will cut a ribbon of sausages to officially launch the store.
This will be Jollyes’ 91st location nationwide and includes new pet care services specially catered to dog owners in the area. The store will have a Jolly Groomer for professional dog grooming with straightforward pricing, starting at just £15 for a bath and brush.
There will also be a first-of-its-kind “Bed Room” where dogs can test out beds before their owners purchase them. In addition, the on-site Community Pet Clinic provides vet services like vaccinations and microchipping for low prices.
Regional manager Sam Wells said, “We’re excited to bring Jollyes’ exceptional value and service to the heart of Swindon’s dog community.”
The new store will feature Jollyes’ premium private-label dog food brands, including Lifestage and K9, which rival big-name brands in quality without the high price tag.
With the pet care industry booming nationwide, the Swindon opening represents Jollyes’ ambitious expansion plans to have 100 stores in the UK by next year. They currently operate 92 locations.
The event signifies Jollyes’ commitment to serving local dog owners with the best products, services and prices. Owners are encouraged to bring their pups to the festivities and take advantage of Swindon’s newest pet care destination.
