Barking Mad, the leading dog sitting service in the UK, has announced a significant reduction to its franchise fee for new franchisees. The lowered fee, available until October, aims to help Barking Mad meet increased customer demand over the busy summer holiday season.
According to Barking Mad, the company sees a 110% spike in website traffic during summer compared to winter months. However, with some areas of the UK not currently covered by a Barking Mad franchise, many potential customers are left without service.
To expand coverage and meet summer demand, Barking Mad has cut its minimum personal investment from £10,000 to £4,995 + VAT. The total investment cost drops from £14,997 to £9,995 + VAT.
“The summer brings a surge in enquiries as people look to have their pets cared for during holidays,” said Rachel Stewart, Managing Director. “While we have great UK coverage, we can’t service every enquiry. By lowering the franchise fee for a limited time, we hope to get franchisees in uncovered regions and ensure pet owners everywhere can enjoy their summer holidays.”
Stewart encouraged anyone considering a Barking Mad franchise to take advantage of the time-limited offer before it expires in October. Franchisees will spend the summer caring for pets and helping local dog owners while benefitting from the reduced investment price.
