The global family nutrition company H&H Group is expanding its range of pet nutrition and care products by launching the pet supplement brand, Zesty Paws, in the UK and Europe.

Originally established in Florida in 2014, Zesty Paws was purchased by H&H Group in August 2021, indicating the group’s ongoing expansion into the realm of pet health and wellness following its earlier acquisition of holistic pet nutrition brand Solid Gold in 2020. In March, Zesty Paws introduced eight products on Amazon in the UK, France, Italy, and Germany. Additionally, the brand has entered 457 Pets at Home stores and Zooplus, Europe’s leading pet e-commerce platform spanning 30 countries.

Major milestone

Zesty Paws intends to persist with a multi-channel approach in these markets to further enhance its market share. This premium range formulated by vets is based on the best-selling products from the original line, customised to meet the specific requirements of dogs in the UK and European markets. It utilises ingredients, including essential active components, to ensure efficient products for optimum health and wellness. Manufactured in Europe, these products are B-Corp certified in the UK and France, addressing prevalent dog health issues in this region such as allergies, mobility, urinary care, calming, digestion, and joint health.

Akash Bedi, Rotating Group CEO and CEO of North America, Europe, Middle East and India at H&H Group, said, “The introduction of Zesty Paws in the UK and Europe marks a major milestone in the global expansion of our pet nutrition and care segment, providing pet parents with the tools to enhance their pets’ holistic health through efficacious supplements trusted by veterinarians worldwide. Zesty Paws is excited to join the booming European pet nutrition market, estimated to be worth $441m within the next 10 years, and contribute to the growing focus on pet health and wellness and science backed products across the continent.”
