Vision for the Future

The appointment of Anja Madsen follows the announcement of the retirement of the current Chief Operating Officer, Lisa Miao. Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Anja Madsen stated, “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Pets at Home as Chief Operating Officer for Retail, starting in April. Pets at Home is a fantastic business with passionate and caring colleagues plus a strong consumer-centric and data-led business model.” In her new capacity, Madsen will lead Pets at Home’s Retail business, overseeing a team of 9,000 retail colleagues across 450 stores, focusing on operations, commercial activities, supply chain, and logistics.

Addressing the Pets at Home team, Madsen added, “To all Pets at Home colleagues across the business – I can’t wait to meet you and be part of the Pets family.”
