After delivering over 15 million meals across the UK in 2023, Bella & Duke has expanded its team to over 130 employees. Lisa Maxwell’s appointment is a strategic step towards consolidating and enhancing customer satisfaction, building on the successes of the past year. With a reputation for providing human-quality pet meals, the company earned the prestigious Manufacturer of the Year 2023 title at the Pet Industry Federation Awards.
Lisa Maxwell’s Wealth of Experience
Lisa brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as the Head of Customer Hub at Vets Now for 12 years. Her tenure oversaw the introduction and growth of multiple customer functions, handling a substantial daily volume of contacts across emergency services, membership, insurance, and e-commerce. Lisa’s expertise aligns seamlessly with Bella & Duke’s focus on customer-centric practices.
Known for its commitment to quality control by bringing manufacturing in-house, Bella & Duke maintains a strong bond with its customers. Over 30,000 members are part of ‘The Pack,’ an open forum where pet owners share experiences and knowledge on pet nutrition, behaviour, and health. Lisa Maxwell’s appointment reinforces the company’s dedication to transparency, trust, and the well-being of pets.
